First you turn the 2.4 into a percentage (move the decimal over 2 times
that equals 240% then put in on a fraction 240/100
Then reduce it.. 1/4
(i had to round of beacause or else it would be wierd..)
= 1/4 if you didnt round of it would be 1/4.2
