I got 11.4.
I used the distance formula subtracted 7 from -4 and squared it and got 121 and then subtracted -8 from -5, two negative equal positive. Squared it and got 9. Added them together then found the square root. I could be wrong though since someone else got a different answer. You can try out the problem yourself to check over.
