A and C, cancer isn’t transmitted as it’s only acquired, cancer is really just cells without a kill switch so multiple splitting a of them could give a chance of cancer. Radiation is a massive player in terms of cancer causing, that’s why when you take special screenings like x rays you wear a lead covering so the radiation doesn’t hit you as much
