There are some numbing gel for your teeth when you first get your braces. When I first got mine I ate ice cream to relieve the pain a bit. Make sure you eat soft foods since it can very much hurt eating hard foods. Gum massages also help a lot ! Hope this helps :D
I have braces and i’ve been there, eating warm food makes the wires tighten up, i’d recommend eating colder foods because it helps the wires expand and feel better on your teeth. Ibuprofen works too, if the wires stab you, wax is good.
