If f(n-1)= 13+4n for all values of n, the value of f(3) is 29.

Given that f(n-1)= 13+4n for all values of n.

Hence to determine f(3), we use:

3 = n - 1

n = 4

Hence:

f(3) = f(4-1)= 13 + 4(4)

f(3) = 29

Therefore the value of f(3) is 29.
