you have: (3,-2) and (-1,-1)

Using [tex] \frac{ y_{1} - y_{2} }{ x_{1} - x_{2} } [/tex]-->>>

[tex] \frac{-2--1}{3--1} =-\frac{1}{4} [/tex]

Slope is m=[tex] -\frac{1}{4} [/tex]
