The sum of all angles is 360

we have one angle given which is 35 degrees the angle infront of it is also the same as opposite angles are always equal

so x= 35

for y as said earlier opposite angels are equal so the empty 2 angles are also y

so now we have

[tex]4y+35+35=360\\4y+70=360\\4y=290\\y= 72.5[/tex]

so y=72.5 degrees
