The most immediate impact will be cease of protein production. Without DNA the cell can not make mRNA and without mRNA no protein can be made. Proteins are crucial for the functioning of the cell (enzymes + transport proteins essential for cellular processes). Without the ability to make proteins this cell would likely die.
