Answer:

From point-slope formula, we know (y-y1)=m(x-x1)

So,

(y-3)=-4(x-(-1))

or, y-3=-4x-4

or 4x+y-3+4=0

    4x+y+1=0 is the required equation.

Note: m here refers to slope
