False. Expressing your needs to others is basically just saying what you need and what you want but you are not being aggressive unless you are hurting the person (physically or verbally) to get what you want.

The statement that expressing your needs to others is aggressive behavior is false. Aggressive behavior is a behavior which can cause physical or emotional harm to others. Expressing your needs and opinions will not harm anybody.
