well
when x=2.25 y=6.75
y=kx
that means if you put x= 2.25 you will get y=6.75
in this relation (y=kx)

6.75= 2.25k

k=6.75/2.25 =3

the rel. is y=3x
whe x=4.2
y= 3*4.2 =12.6
