We Know, PQS = 90
Ratio of PQR / PQS = 5/9
PQR = 5/9 * 90 = 50

RQS = PQS - PQR
RQS = 90 - 50
RQS = 40

So, option B is your final answer

Hope this helps!

Let m<RQS be x, then 5/9 = (90 - x)/90
50 = 90 - x
x = 90 - 50 = 40
Therefore, m<RQS = 40°
