m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
-33 = (y2 +10)/(-1 -2)
-33 = (y2 + 10)/-3
multiply both sides by -3
-33(-3) = [(y2 + 10)/-3 ]* -3
simplify
99 = y2 + 10
99 - 10 = y2
89 = y2
or
y2 = 89

answer:
value of y = 89 so that the slope equals -33
(2,-10) and (-1,89)
