your question:

(2x + 3) + 90 = 180 solve for x

answer:

(2x + 3) + 90 = 180 ~ remove the already reduced parenthesis

2x + 3 + 90 = 180 ~ add numbers together

2x + 93 = 180 ~ subtract 93 from both sides

2x = 87 ~ divide by two on both sides to find x

x = 43.5

x = 43.5 or x= 43 ½ (fraction form)

Hope this helps, have a great day! :)
