Hi
A(-1,-2)
B(3,10)

Firstly I will find slope of this linear function:
m=(y-yo) / (x-xo)

m=(-2-10)/(-1-3)
m=-12/-4
m=3

Replacing A(-1-2) :
(y-yo)=m(x-xo)

y+2 =3(x+1)

:D
