There is no answer to this because:
Any digit repeating like that would usually be ?/9
Example: 0.1 repeating = 1/9
0.2 repeating = 2/9
0.8 repeating = 8/9
But 0.9 repeating? There should not be a fraction for that.
If you want to round up to 1, you can.
