The Allied powers did not industrialize as fast as the Axis, so they were at a disadvantage there, but that was also a disadvantage for the Axis because they needed huge amounts of resources that they didn't have, so much of their resources for their war effort was imported from places like Sweden and the Soviet Union, this is just one of the hundreds of elements that decided WW2, and sorry if it's not what you're looking for, I can try to change it however you want.
