Help! Will mark brainliest! Describe the speed of a sound wave as it travels from underwater to the air.

The speed of sound in air is about 330 meters/second. In water it is much more. That would mean that the wavelength would decrease when going from water to air because the frequency would stay the same. 

speed in air < speed in water.
wavelength in air < wavelength in water.
The variation is direct.
