Answer = 2x^8/3

Because:
This is hard to explain on the phone but basically you find a third of the big numbers so a ⅓ of 8 = 2 and a ⅓ of 27 = 3
Then when indices are next to each other on each side of a bracket you just multiply them together so 9 x ⅓ = 3 and 3 x ⅓ = 1

So you are left with 2x^9/3x^1

Then you can cancel one x from each side of the division so the final answer is 2x^8/3
