Almost all plants get their energy through a process called photosynthesis in which plant cells use solar energy and water to make into energy in the form of carbohydrates.
Plant energy comes from photosynthesis. When they use water, sun, and carbon dioxide, they create glucose, which they use for energy to live and survive. The product of that photosynthesis is oxygen, which humans need to live.
