to find:

the density of the cheese.

solution:

[tex]density = \frac{mass}{volume} [/tex]

[tex]d = \frac{480}{400} [/tex]

[tex]d = 1.2[/tex]

hence, the density of the cheese is 1.2 g/cm^3.
