Hello,

y = ax + b where a is the slope

We have A(-4 ; 2) and B(8 ; 5)

[tex]a = \frac{yb - ya}{xb - xa} = \frac{5 - ( - 4)}{8 - 2} = \frac{9}{6} = \frac{3 \times 3}{3 \times 2} = \frac{3}{2} [/tex]

→ Slope : 3/2
