Solutions:
1) u(x) = f(x) g(x) => u(1) = f(1) * g(1)
From the graphs f(1) = 1 and g(1) = 2, then f(1)*g(1) = 1*2 =2
Answer: 2
2) v(x) = f(x) / g(x) => v(1) = f(1) / g(1) = 1 / 2 = 0.5
Answer: 0.5
