C = 6*12 = 72 amu
H = 12*1 = 12 amu
O = 6*16 = 96 amu

of (C6H12O6) = 72 + 12 + 96 = 180 g/mol

If:

180 g → 1 mol
y → 3.25 mols

Solving: Rule of three (directly proportional)
