Sacrificing one person to save the others will lower the amount of possible casualties but take into consideration "Did the person volunteer for this?" "Does he/she have a family that they're leaving behind?" "Aren't all lives equal and we'd be taking the life of someone's brother/sister/wife/husband/mom/dad/etc."

So honestly, there is no right or wrong answer to this
