First convert the minutes into hours, since it says 60mph (miles per hour).
45/60 = 0.75 hours.

Now multiply 60 with 0.75 to calculate the distance you traveled which comes out to be 45 miles.

Since you can travel 60 miles in one hour, you can also travel 60 miles in 60 minutes. One way to do this is just to realize if you can travel 60 miles is 60 minutes, you can travel 45 miles in 45 minutes

Otherwise, you can make a proportion
60 miles/ 60 minutes = x/45 minutes
x= 45 miles

Hope this helps
