so then y=-2x+3 the y intercept is 3 so go up 3 units on the y axis from the center (0,0) and put a point there the slope is -2 so slope is rise/run rise/run=-2=-2/1 so go down 1 units and go right 1 unit put another point there we get the opints (0,3) and (1,1) connect them see graph below
