Scientific notation usually has a small number multiplied by a power of ten. In this case, you want to see the decimal point move three places to the right, so you would write

9.2352 × 10³

However, you can simplify or generalize that number, if you wish (ex. 9.24 instead of 9.2352) or if you need to round it to a certain number of decimal places.
