What is Ann Cooper's premise? What does she believe about food?

Ann Cooper thinks that children don't eat healthy nowadays. She works at schools to provide them fresh, delicious and nourishing food for students. According to her if we don't eat healthy we cannot think and learn. The best is locally grown organical food without any chemicals.
