-x/7+4≥3x subtract 4 from both sides

-x/7≥3x-4  multiply both sides by 7

-x≥21x-28  subtract 21x from both sides

-22x≥-28  divide both sides by -22 (and reverse sign because of division by a negative value)

x≤14/11
