9(r) + 9(3) - ¹/₂(4r) + ¹/₂(16)
9r + 27 - 2r + 8
9r - 2r + 27 + 8

I assume that there should be a equal sign somewhere in here and if there is then the answer will look something like this r=5 if there is not then the answer would be 7r+35 the photo below should explain why.
