Answer is 120
Use the Pythagorean theorem to find the distance from the center to the side, 6.5²-(5/2)²=6², so the distance is 6. The perimeter is 5×8=40 then use ½(6)(40)=120

It would be 120 if you use 5 but if you use 6.5 it would be 204.
