As a mandated reporter, this should be reported for it is an act that violates human rights and has the rights of being reported. This act should be reported as an intimate partner violence where in it applies to a partner or the spouse of the person that has been abused in any form of way. It could be either, physical, emotional, sexual or even verbal abuse.
