parelell lines have the same slope
y=mx+b
m=slope
given
y=-3x+6
slope is -3

so
y=-3x+b is our equation
find b
use (-4,7)
x=-4 and y=7

7=-3(-4)+b
7=12+b
-5=b

y=-3x-5 is da equation
