This is so true. Too much planning on the job can get in the way of enjoying a lot of things.

As we can see from our every day lives the more spontaneous the plan is the more amount of fun we have while going there.

Similarly the more spontaneous the task is the greater chances of you to fulfill and enjoying it without tension.

Planning just leads to tension and pressure on the worker as you thin out way too much for a specific thing.
