sub a point
(1,2)
2=-3/2(1)+b
2=-3/2+b
4/2=-3/2+b
7/2=b
y=-3/2x+7/2
add 3/2 both sides
3/2x+y=7/2
times 2 both sides
3x+2y=7 is standard form
