Volume of C₁ = 27 mm³
Volume of C₂ = 1331 mm³

Volume of C₂ is 1331÷27 = 49.296 times bigger than Volume of C₁

Say that the linear scale factor of the two cylinders is 'n', then the scale factor of their volumes is n³ and the scale factor of their SA is n²

Volume scale factor = 49.296
Linear scale factor = ∛49.296 = 11/3
Area scale factor = (11/3)² = 121/9

Surface Area of C₁ = 18 mm²
Surface Area of C₂ = 18 × (121/9) = 242 mm²
