Answer: the correct answer is exposition and rising action.

Explanation: in the first Act of Macbeth, the author exposes the argument setting 4 scenes with three witches speaking in the first scene.

At the end of the first scene of the second Act, Macbeth hears a ringing of a bell, which is Lady Macbeth's signal that they should commence their murder plans.  As you can see the rising action starts.
