Make sure you keep all units the same. If the answer wants m, and the problem is in cm, make sure you convert all units to be the same as the answer before you work the problem. Don't forget to label the units in your final answer, and when you have your answer, ask yourself if it makes sense for what the problem was. Ex: Would the garden in the backyard really be 2,000 ft?
