The law of conservation of energy states that the total energy in a system remains constant. Therefore, the energy before and after the chemical reaction must be the same.

385 = 366 + ΔH
ΔH = 19 kJ

The remaining 19 kJ of energy are released into the surroundings in the form of heat energy.
