The answer to this question is The more sources there are to corroborate a conclusion, the more likely that conclusion is to be true.
When multiple sources of information arrived at a same conclusion, it will be very likely that the specific topic already tested from various angle, subjects, and method. Therefore, using this type of sources will tend to be more reliable compared to other type of sources
