Hello, 

Since you are in a hurry I will provide minimal work and the answer.

The sum of n and 5 times n = n + 5n = 6n
This number is 10 more than half the number. Half the number is equal to (1/2)n.
Add ten onto that to get (1/2)n+10

Therefore, 6n = (1/2)n + 10.
This can also be stated as 6n = (n/2) + 10
(If you solve, you get n = 20/11 or 1.818).
