If the cytoskeleton of Kris' neuron is damaged, THE NEURON WILL BE UNABLE TO TRANSPORT SUBSTANCES BETWEEN DIFFERENT PART OF THE CELL.
Neuron cells have a cytoskeleton that is made up of three different polymers, which are mircrotubules, intermediate filaments and actin filaments. These cytoskeleton function in transportation, when they are defective or damage, transportation will be hindered.
