-3 > -3t + 6
Get rid of 6 so you have to subtract 6 from both sides
-3 - 6 > -3t + 6 - 6
-9 > -3t
You have to get t alone so you divide -3 on both sides
-9/-3 > -3t/-3
3 > t
Since you divided with a negative number, you switch the inequality sign so it's 3 < t or t > 3
