The challenges that law enforcement agencies face in
balancing crime fighting and due process rights by having to follow the rules
in which they should properly in order to make a correct decision. They should
have a proper order and meet the rules in terms of interrogation and arrest in
order for the accused person to deserve whether they are right to be accused or
wrongfully accused.
