Walking on a treadmill would not be considered a Locomotor movement. Locomotor movements take a person from on place to another, when on a treadmill, you don't go anywhere. A locomotor movement also involves moving, forward, backwards, and even upwards, when on a treadmill, you don't actually move in any of these directions.
