Suppose you have three consecutive integers. the greatest of the three integers is 17 less than the sum of the first two. what are the integers?

So let's say the three consecutive integers are x-1,x,x+1.

x+1+17=x+x-1

x+18=2x-1

x=19.

So the integers are 18,19,20.
