How did an increase in trade lead to less feudalism and the growth of towns? 5-10 sentences

Increased in trade will resulted in more business opportunities for the people.
Which means that the people are not bound to take care of the Nobles' land in order to fulfill end's meet.
As more independent business grow, the less power the nobles will have upon their people.  Feudalism require most of the assets that exist within the nations to be owned by the novles.Since now the private sector owned the assets instead, it marked the end of the Feudalism.
