First you need to find the Greatest Common Factor, which would be 6. then divide 6 out from 12+90  12/6 = 2 and 90/6 = 15 so we have 6(2+15) as our product.

Sum = 12 + 90 = 102
Product = 6(2 + 15) = 102

Answer
6(2 + 15)
