Cognitive restructuring. It is a psythotherapeutic process. It is done to treat mental disorders. These disorders are generally, magical thinking, overthinking, over generalization etc. This is also used in clinics to treat anxiety disorders, phobia etc. The process involves identifying and labelling distorted thoughts.
